How to Apply for a MEPCO New Connection Online

Follow these simple steps to apply for your new electricity connection online:

1. Go to the official Electricity New Connection (ENC) website.
2. Click on “Apply New Connection”, available on left side of your screen
3. Select Your Distribution Company. Once you click on drop down box you select your desired company i.e. MEPCO, GEPCO, LESCO, PESCO, HESCO etc
4. Click on Sub Division Box and select your Sub Division.
5. Click on Category Type, there are five type of categories:

• • Load (Up to 15 KW)
  • Load (Above 15 KW but not exceeding 70 KW)
  • Load (Above 70 KW but not exceeding 500 KW)
  • Load (Above 500 KW but not exceeding 5000 KW)
  • All loads at 66 KV and above.

6. Enter your neighbor electricity meter reference number.
7. Select connection type, there are ten type of connection:
   • Domestic
   • Commercial
   • Industrial
   • Agriculture
   • Tubewell
   • Temporary
   • General services
   • Electrification (Colonies)
   • Street Light
   • Corporate Company
8. Fill out the Application Form, Enter your personal information, CNIC number, contact details, and the address where you want the new connection.
9. Upload the necessary documents such as:
   • Property Document Copy
   • Attested CNIC Copy of Applicant
   • Attested CNIC Copy of Witness
   • Neighbor Electricity Bill Copy
   • Wiring Contractor’s Test Report (Essential)
   • Keep in mind Maximum Files Size is 300KB.
